Berlac Group has sold its subsidiary ISL-Chemie GmbH to European Master Batch N.V., a subsidiary of Sioen Industries. ISL-Chemie, based in Kürten, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is a leading developer and manufacturer of customized color pastes and in-mold coatings for polyurethane applications and the CASE industries. Berlac considers Sioen Industries Group to be the ideal strategic owner to further develop ISL-Chemie GmbH.

Berlac Group will continue to focus on all its current business areas, with emphasis on  industrial coatings and road marking. No further divestments are planned.
