Thomas Lambach holds a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and HR and, having worked for RheinChemie Rheinau GmbH and Fuller Adhesives Deutschland GmbH, has extensive industry knowledge in the automotive, furniture, footwear and packaging industries, among others.

"Through many years of working in the polyurethane industry I experienced ISL as specialised company for high-quality and customised solutions. As the new managing director, I'm looking forward to the challenge of further expanding ISL's strong market position. My aim is to generate sustainable, profitable growth for ISL by penetrating new markets and applications," says Lambach.

Thomas Lambach is the successor of Dr. Stefan Vollmuth who has been the managing director of the Kürten-based company since 2009. Dr. Vollmuth leaves the company at his own request to take up a new challenge.

Mr. Lambach (49) formerly worked at the Fuller Adhesives Deutschland GmbH company as Sales Director for Adhesives and as an authorised signatory. He is married with one daughter. ISL in Kürten near Cologne has been a member of Berlac Group since 2005 and has been producing pigment pastes and lacquers for the plastics industry for more than 45 years.
